The holiday season is here again, and it’s time to think about what you will be giving to a loved one or a friend. We all know that it’s often difficult to find the perfect gift. You have the Christmas rush to be worried about, and many of us find it hard to tackle the crowd of shoppers this time of year.
As we approach the holiday season, it’s important to take the time to reflect on what we are thankful for. What does it mean to be thankful? How can you express more thankfulness? Expressing and experiencing thankfulness is linked with happiness and positive outcomes. The more often and conscientiously we feel thankful, the better our lives are.
